Ingredients:
4 pieces boneless skinless Chicken Breasts, room temperature
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Tbsp Raw Honey
1 Tbsp dried Rosemary
4 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp Ground Fresh Black Peppercorns, coarsely ground
1 pinch Sea Salt
3 cloves Garlic, minced
 
Directions:
  1. Fire up your outdoor grill)
  2. In a small sauce pan add the Olive oil, Honey, Rosemary, Balsamic Vinegar, Pepper, Salt, and Garlic.
  3. Simmer until  it has got a thick, sticky texture, almost like jam.
  4. With a brush, coat the chicken breasts all over with the glaze.
  5. Put the chicken on your outdoor grill and grill them 10 minutes per side.
