Ingredients:
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Raw Honey, (to taste)
1 tsp Ground Fresh Black Peppercorns
1/8 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Granulated Garlic
 
Directions:
  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight lid.
  2. Close the lid firmly, and shake vigorously for 15-30 seconds until emulsified.
  3. Taste, and adjust ingredients to taste.
  4. Use immediately, or store in the fridge in the lidded container.
  5. Bring back to room temperature and shake for 5-10 seconds before using leftover vinaigrette.
