Ingredients:
2 T butter
8 oz snow peas
1 bunch of scallions
Little bit of honey
Water
Directions:
- Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add 8 ounces snow peas, 1 bunch chopped scallions, a bit of honey and 1/4 cup water.
- Cover and simmer 2 minutes.
- Uncover and boil until the water evaporates, 2 more minutes.
- Season with salt.
