Ingredients:
2 T butter
8 oz snow peas
1 bunch of scallions
Little bit of honey
Water
 
Directions:
  1. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 
  2. Add 8 ounces snow peas, 1 bunch chopped scallions, a bit of honey and 1/4 cup water. 
  3. Cover and simmer 2 minutes.
  4. Uncover and boil until the water evaporates, 2 more minutes. 
  5. Season with salt.
