3 large eggs (room temperature)
1/2 cup almond milk (room temperature)
1/2 cup arrowroot powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup chicken or beef drippings (or broth/stock), divided (room temperature)

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Take a 9×13 glass baking dish and pour 1/4 cup of your drippings/broth and place in the oven. You want the dish nice and hot before adding the batter.
