Ingredients:
1⁄2 cup butter
1 cup water
1⁄3 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 cup apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons brown mustard
1 tablespoon kosher salt
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon cayenne (if that’s too spicy, just use 3 tablespoons chili powder)

Directions:

  • Melt butter in a saucepan.
  • Add all other ingredients and stir over heat until smooth.
  • Let sauce simmer and reduce for 15 minutes.
