Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups sifted all purpose flour
1 tbl baking poweder
1/2 tsp salt
2 beaten egg yolks
1 3/4 cups milk
1/2 cup salad oil or melted shortening
2 stiffly beaten egg whites

Directions:

  • Sift together dry ingredients.
  • Combine egg yolks, oil and milk
  • Stir into dry ingredients.
  • Fold in whites, leaving a few fluffs
  • Bake according to waffle iron directions
