Ingredients:
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
2 medium cucumbers, sliced
1/4 cup sliced sweet onion

Directions:

  • Whisk vinegar, sugar, salt, and celery seed together in a large bow.
  • Add cucumbers and onion and stir until well coated.
  • Cover and refrigerate 8 hours to overnight. Serve cold.
