Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef (90% preferred)
2 eggs
3 slices of keto bread, dampened
1/2 C Fody ketchup
1/4 C scallions, green part only
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl
- Mix throughly
- Put into a loaf pan
- Bake for 1 hour and 45 minutes
- Let rest for 15 minutes before slicing
