Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef (90% preferred)
2 eggs
3 slices of keto bread, dampened
1/2 C Fody ketchup
1/4 C scallions, green part only

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl
  • Mix throughly
  • Put into a loaf pan
  • Bake for 1 hour and 45 minutes
  • Let rest for 15 minutes before slicing
