Ingredients:
Yellow Squash
2 T melted butter
1 t sugar
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
Minced onion
Cracker crumbs
Directions:
Note from Mary Sue: I can’t tell you the exact recipe. Par boiling time depends on size of the squash. Other ingredients depend on how many squash you are doing. I just go by sight and feel. Scoop out the squash first and add the rest of it by taste.
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees
- Par boil the squash (try 7-9 minutes)
- Split squash lengthwise.
- Scoop out centers of squash
- Add the remaining ingredients
- Stuff squash
- Cook in oven until brown and tender
