Ingredients:

3 Eggs
2/3 C Sugar
Dash of Salt
1 C Dark Corn Syrup
1/3 C Butter, Melted
1 C Pecan Pieces

Directions:

  • Beat eggs thoroughly with sugar, dash of salt, dark corn syrup, and melted butter.
  • Pour into 9 inch unbaked pastry shell
  • Bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees) 50 minutes or until a knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean
  • Cool.
