1 Acorn squash
Olive Oil
Italian seasoning
Grated manchego cheese
Salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425
  2. Cut squash into 1/2 inch thick wedges
  3. Spray or drizzle with olive oil
  4. Sprinkle with italian seasoning
  5. Sprinkle grated manchego
  6. Roast for 30 minutes
