Ingredients:
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. almond flour
2 large eggs
1 tbsp. coconut aminos, divided
1/2 c. paleo or fodmap ketchup
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In a large bowl, mix together beef, almond flour, eggs, 1 tablespoon coconut aminos, and ketchup.
- Season with salt and pepper, plus other seasonings as desired.
- Press beef mixture into prepared pan.
- Brush more ketchup all over meatloaf.
- Bake until meatloaf is cooked though (about 1 1/2 hours).
- Let cool at least 15 minutes before removing from pan and serving.
