Ingredients:
1/2 cup grape tomatoes, quartered;
2 cloves garlic, minced;
1 tsp lemon zest;
1 tsp fresh lemon juice;
2 tbsp olive oil;
1/4 tsp sea salt;
Freshly cracked black pepper to taste;
1/4 cup fresh oregano, chopped;
Directions:
  1. In a small bowl, combine the garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  2. Whisk well.
  3. Add the grape tomatoes.
  4. Toss the mixture together.
