Yield: 4-6 servings
 
INGREDIENTS:
12 ounces fresh cranberries
¾ cup fresh orange juice
½ cup honey
 
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine cranberries, orange juice, and honey in sauce pan. 
2. Simmer over medium heat, until berries pop and sauce thickens, about 10 – 15 minutes.
3. Cool completely and refrigerate.
4. Serve at room temperature.
