Ingredients:
1 lb Bacon
15 Scallops
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
 
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Rinse scallops under cold water.
  3. Cut bacon strips in half.
  4. Wrap each scallop with 1/2 strip of bacon.
  5. Skewer 2–3 bacon-wrapped scallops per skewer.
  6. Sprinkle with smoked paprika, seasoning both sides.
  7. Bake at 425°F for 20 minutes.
  8. Flip, then bake for an additional 15 minutes.
